Katia Pinzon:

Katia Pinzon is a producer with 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. In 2017 she started her own documentary production company in Barcelona to develop European and international documentary coproductions. Her projects were selected in various pitch forums (Fipadoc, San Sebastian, Medimed, Sunnyside) and most of them were produced through international cooperation initiated by her company. 
Since her return to France in 2024, Katia Pinzon has been working as freelance producer on ambitious international documentary projects. 

 

Simone Hoffmann :

Simone Hoffman began her career as Assistant Producer for Impossible Productions in 2001.  Since then, she has worked across France as an Independent field and assistant producer, collaborating with German companies that include ARD, Arte, Spiegel TV, WDR since 2004. She is the co-founder of Lick My Art.

Simone Hoffmann (Senior):

A film director with awards behind her, Simone Hoffman began her career as a journalist working in the field of current affairs.  Since 2004, she has worked as a director and independent writer, directing documentaries and news reports for broadcasting networks such as ARD, Arte, France2, 3Sat, SRF and ZDF. She publishes art reviews  in Monopol and Prestige Magazin.  

Specialises in culture and social affairs. 

Ursula Wernly-Fergui (Senior):

Independent filmmaker and director since 2004. Directs current affairs programmes and has had two documentaries selected for Film Festivals for the broadcasting networks Arte, France Télévisions and TF1. Writes and directs corporate films for public and private institutions such as EDF, Renault and Radio France since 2006. Specialises in culture, history and society.

Kathrin Wildhagen (Senior):

Began working as an assistant director for German production companies in 2008. Became an independent journalist and news producer for the German public TV station ARD in Paris in 2009. In 2013, started to work as an independent director of documentaries and reports for broadcasting networks in Paris such as Arte, RTS, ARD and Phoenix. 

CAMERA /  CINEMATOGRAPHER:

Daniele Vella (Senior):

Trained and graduated as a cinematographer in Italy. Cameraman for RAI news programs in Italy and worldwide, especially in conflict zones. Worked since 2012 in France as a cameraman for documentaries, new and current affairs programmes for  broadcasting networks such as Arte, France Télévisions, M6 and TF1. Cinematographer of two feature films in 2015 and 2018.  Specialises in feature documentary films. 

Frank Barbian (Senior):

Internationally-renowned cinematographer, working since 1995 in France and Germany on fiction and documentary formats. DOP of 17 feature films including  "Kurz und Schmerzlos" from award -winning Fatih Akin and  "Führer Ex" from Winfried Bonengel.  Works with various formats (documentary, current affairs/news) on broadcast networks such as ARD, Arte, France Télévisions, SAT1, 3SAT, ZDF. Since 2005, he has worked as a cinematographer for brands including Workday, Chanel, , Renault, Vinci, Bouygues, Thales or L’Oréal.

Nicolas Hamel (Senior):

Trained and graduated as a cinematographer in the 1980s. Cameraman in studios, live situations and in the field for news programs.In the 1990’s carried out work for documentaries, magazines, and news programs for ARD, Arte, France 5, France 24, M6, TF1. Cameraman for corporate films hired by  institutions such as the Centre Georges Pompidou, and brands like Renault, Peugeot or Disneyland Paris since 1990. SNG-transmission-and AVIWEST for M6 since 2016. Invented his own crane system for the camera, Jolycam, in 2016.

Specialises in culture and politics.

Ursula Wernly-Fergui (Senior):

Trained in 1998 as a camerawoman for  regional Swiss TV in Bern. Began working as an independent camerawoman in France in 2003, on documentaries and current affairs programmes, mainly for Arte, France Télévisions and TF1. Two of her films were chosen to be screened  at International Film Festivals. Began working for private and public institutions such as EDF, Renault, Radio France on corporate films in 2006. Held a camera workshop for teenagers in the Parisian suburbs in 2005 and 2007. 

EDITORS:

Jean-Louis Moine (Senior):

Trained and graduated as an editor in 1990. Started working as an independent live editor of football matches on Canal+ and France Télévisions in 1991. In 2000, began working as an editor of branded content for international companies such as Yves Saint Laurent, BNP, Microsoft, Samsung, Würth, foodwatch. Familiar with motion design and compositing. Started editing for TV networks such as ARD and Arte in 2016. ​

Jean Vercken (Senior): 

Jean Vercken is a director and editor. After finishing training at the Gobelins school in Paris in 2014, he worked on various audiovisual formats within the Lagardère group. In 2025, he worked as an assistant editor on the feature film "La Poupée" by Sophie Beaulieu. In 2026, Jean Vercken directed and edited his first short film produced by Toutes Voiles Dehors, supported by the Normandy region.
 

Justine Chouquet (Junior):

Won the competition of the TF1 Foundation in Editing in 2014.  Immediately afterwards, trained as a news editor for two years. Independent editor since 2017, working for news formats and weekly programmes for broadcasting networks such as France2, M6, RTS, SRF and TF1. Editing corporate films for French companies such as Groupe ADP and UFAN since 2018.

SOUND:

Karim Berraf (Senior):
Trained at INA and CREAR in 2001, Karim Berraf is a certified sound engineer and drone operator. He was responsible for all sound recording for the six-part documentary series on Soprano, À la vie, à la mort, for Disney+ (2021/2022), the entire docu-fiction series Mission Commando for Canal+ (2025/2026), and the behind-the-scenes documentary on the Élysée Palace, ‘Un président, l'Europe, la guerre’ for France TV (2022). He won an award at the Les Moulins d'Or festival in Sannois for the film ‘L'enfant et l'amarre’ by Valentin O'Quin, starring Victor Belmondo, in the ‘Best Sound’ category (2024).

Marc Apruzzese (Senior):

Freelance sound engineer for Arte, France Télévisions, MK2 Productions, TF1 and ZDF since 1995. Created his own independent sound studio in Boulogne Billancourt in 2005. Also specialises a as sound-mixer, sound-designer and composer for various documentaries aired on broadcasting networks such as Arte, France Ô or Public Senat.  Collaborated on feature films for Les Films du Bélier and corporate films for French companies including  Lancôme and  RATP. Trained singer and musician.
